Are Your Products Guaranteed?
Products can be returned within 14 days from purchase for replacement. All products are subject to a 2 Month Guarantee. This excludes product misuse, discontinued or special items and change of mind.
What Testing Is Taken On Your Products?
All ingredients have a strict policy:
Our products are tested by dermatologists from LR Germany Headquarters. In addition to this our products are tested by independent Cosmetic & Research Company, Dermatest GmBH. All products undergo strict testing procedures to ensure they contain non-dubious ingredients and are effective for our customers.
Our Aloe Vera Product is self-regulated by the International Aloe Science Council and regularly sampled and tested by independent Institute Fersenius.
Any product which is considered against this policy will not be sold. Any ingredient that is found harmful or linked to particular risks and proven to do so, will be automatically removed.
Do You Test On Animals Or Use Animal Fats/Oils?
LR has a strong policy on animal testing and cruelty. We don't believe great products need to be tested by our furry friends. For this reason we do not test our products on animals nor do we use any animal by products.
Are You Environmentally Friendly?
LR has always been part of the greener notion. LR use the latest green and energy efficient equipment and accessories within all its headquarters. It minimises waste in all products by using recycled materials for packaging and delivery purposes.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
We send all our parcels via Australia Post or courier. We register all items, signature is required. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
For international buyers please allow up to 10-15 business days.
In the event of any delay or shortage of supply, we will notify you.
Do You Deliver Worldwide?
Our products are Made In Germany. You can order our products worldwide. For ordering terms outside Australia please see International Orders page.
Am I Able To Pick Up The Item?
At this time for security reasons, we do not offer a pick-up service in any location.
Can You Match A Competitor Price?
Our products undergo strict testing and formulation guidelines. They are made in Germany. We try and maintain all costs. We have set our prices at the lowest rate possible. If you would like a discount you can join our VIP club for $249 and receive a lifetime membership plus products worth over $300.
